Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ArenaCoach.gg ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ArenaCoach.gg is an automated coaching tool for World of Warcraft PvP. The Service provides combat log analysis with automated mistake detection, match analytics and performance tracking, spec builds and gear recommendations, arena leaderboards, community features, and cloud storage for recordings made with the desktop app. The Service relies on data from Blizzard's APIs and user-uploaded combat logs.

3. Account Terms

• You must authenticate through Battle.net OAuth to create an account. We do not offer standalone registration.
• You are limited to one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is prohibited.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Battle.net account. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, consistent with Blizzard Entertainment's Terms of Service.

4. Premium Access

Premium features are available through paid subscriptions.

Paid Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are processed by Stripe and offered on monthly and annual billing cycles.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through Stripe's customer portal, accessible from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period -- you retain access until then.
• Prices may change with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before price changes apply to their next billing cycle.

Cloud Storage

• A Premium subscription includes 100 GB of cloud storage for recordings uploaded from the desktop app.
• When your subscription ends, your recordings stay available to watch, download or delete for 30 days, and are then permanently deleted.
• Deleted recordings cannot be recovered. Cloud storage is not a backup, so keep your own copies of recordings you want to keep.

Sharing

• You can share a cloud recording through a link. Anyone with the link can watch it without signing in, and can pass the link on. Links are not listed or searchable.
• You can stop sharing at any time, and the link stops working. Deleting the recording also stops it.
• Only share recordings you have the right to share. Recordings can show other players' names and any voice chat they captured; do not share anything unlawful, abusive, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• To report a shared recording, contact us at [email protected]. We may disable links that break these terms.

5. User Content

By uploading combat logs or recordings to ArenaCoach.gg, you:

• Represent that you have the right to upload such data.
• Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, and analyze the data for the purpose of providing the Service.
• Acknowledge that analyzed data (such as match statistics and detected mistakes) may be displayed on your profile and in aggregate analytics.

You retain ownership of your combat log files and recordings. To request deletion of your cloud recordings or your account, contact us at [email protected].

6. Prohibited Use

• Do not use the Service to violate any applicable law or Blizzard's Terms of Service.
• Do not attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the operation of the Service.
• Do not upload malicious files or data designed to exploit or harm the Service.
• Do not impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity.
• Do not use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage patterns (rate limits are enforced).

7. Intellectual Property

The ArenaCoach.gg service, including its design, code, features, and original content, is owned by ArenaCoach. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written permission.

8. Blizzard Disclaimer

ArenaCoach.gg is not affiliated with or endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. World of Warcraft, Warcraft, and related marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. in the United States and other countries. All game-related data, images, and assets are the property of their respective owners.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that analysis results will be perfectly accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArenaCoach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users. To delete your account, contact us at [email protected]. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and your cloud recordings are deleted.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active users.
