1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ArenaCoach.gg ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ArenaCoach.gg is an automated coaching tool for World of Warcraft PvP. The Service provides combat log analysis with automated mistake detection, match analytics and performance tracking, spec builds and gear recommendations, arena leaderboards, and community features. The Service relies on data from Blizzard's APIs and user-uploaded combat logs.

3. Account Terms

• You must authenticate through Battle.net OAuth to create an account. We do not offer standalone registration.
• You are limited to one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is prohibited.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Battle.net account. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, consistent with Blizzard Entertainment's Terms of Service.

4. Premium Access

Premium features are available through Skill-Capped membership verification. Verified users receive premium features by entering their Skill-Capped verification code in their account settings.

5. User Content

By uploading combat logs to ArenaCoach.gg, you:

• Represent that you have the right to upload such data.
• Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, and analyze the data for the purpose of providing the Service.
• Acknowledge that analyzed data (such as match statistics and detected mistakes) may be displayed on your profile and in aggregate analytics.

You retain ownership of your raw combat log data. To request deletion of your uploaded data, contact us at [email protected].

6. Prohibited Use

• Do not use the Service to violate any applicable law or Blizzard's Terms of Service.
• Do not attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the operation of the Service.
• Do not upload malicious files or data designed to exploit or harm the Service.
• Do not impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity.
• Do not use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage patterns (rate limits are enforced).

7. Intellectual Property

The ArenaCoach.gg service, including its design, code, features, and original content, is owned by ArenaCoach. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written permission.

8. Blizzard Disclaimer

ArenaCoach.gg is not affiliated with or endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. World of Warcraft, Warcraft, and related marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. in the United States and other countries. All game-related data, images, and assets are the property of their respective owners.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that analysis results will be perfectly accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArenaCoach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users. To delete your account, contact us at [email protected]. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active users.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the applicable courts of the United States.
